Annie met Pete by searching for a solution to her own hair loss. After finding the right solution at Optima and undergoing treatment, over time she and Pete became close friends, and shortly after moving in to Optima’s first premises in George Road in Edgbaston, Annie realised she’d found her vocation and moved from an accounting and finance position in another company, to consulting with us at Optima.
Being a trained counsellor and having experienced hair loss first hand, Annie offers a unique perspective and empathetic ear to all our clients, particularly for women suffering from hair loss.
