Optima has a D1 Medical classification and providing service to our hair replacement clients is absolutely necessary to ensure their continued medical and mental wellbeing.
We have gone above and beyond to ensure the Government’s guidelines regarding distance, PPE and working safely have not only been met but exceeded.
We will be remaining open for all necessary service appointments.
We closed to in March because we were not in a position to operate safely and guidelines were different.
After careful consideration we will not be able to have Laser clients come in for treatment during these weeks but will be on hand to assist in other ways.
Consultations will also have to be put on hold, but this is something we can offer over the phone.
