Our rock goddess Karen (or Kaz, as we like to call her), began her hair replacement career over 30 years ago and is the most experienced and technically proficient hair replacement stylist in the whole of the UK. She saw the opportunity to help create a better environment for hair replacement customers and together with Pete, began her Optima career.
Over the years she’s helped thousands of clients overcome their hair loss and regularly receives gifts of her favourite whiskey – JD – from her regular clients as a small token of thanks. She’s known many of her clients for over 20 years and has an unbreakable bond with them.
By passing down her technical knowledge and supporting her team of 20 stylists, Kaz has created a hair replacement styling team worthy of a world-class stage, so you know you’re in the best possible hands no matter which of our fantastic stylists you see.
